- KRKat RoldanJan 5, 20261.0The employees here discriminate against black and brown people. My husband, who is black, and I visited the store on Sunday and had an awful experience. The male employee with curly hair that was greeting people looked at us as we walked in and completely ignored us. A group of white people came in right after us and they were all greeted and welcomed in. We waked around the entire store and not one employee acknowledged or offered us help. We will not be coming back or supporting this location. The employees need better training.

This time Leo said it’s not allowed unless I call support and they tell him the return would be allowed. So I did that, put them on speaker phone, they tell him the return will be allowed and he responds saying “no it won’t, we don’t allow more than one courtesy return” and I’m just like… what?? Why did you have me call them then? The whole thing was weird and awkward. Anyway, the phone rep processed the return for me by mail. I definitely won’t be coming back to this store.

Unfortunately, one of the shoes started sqeaking really loudly after a couple of weeks because the sole is delaminating. They wouldn't exchange them because I didn't have the original box!! I have the original receipt and the fault is really obvious.
