- SGSa GrFeb 22, 20261.0very racist! I ordered on line and went there to pick up the items for the first time. I asked if I could use the rest room. the girl told me no, and that I should go more than a block away to the cheese-cake factory to use their rest room. a caucasian woman later asked her if she could use there rest room as she was there just looking at items. she told her " of course" , and directed her straight to the rest room. I will do my best never to buy from this company anymore, and certainly never return to this store
- KRKat RoldanJan 5, 20261.0The employees here discriminate against black and brown people. My husband, who is black, and I visited the store on Sunday and had an awful experience. The male employee with curly hair that was greeting people looked at us as we walked in and completely ignored us. A group of white people came in right after us and they were all greeted and welcomed in. We waked around the entire store and not one employee acknowledged or offered us help. We will not be coming back or supporting this location. The employees need better training.

Unfortunately, one of the shoes started sqeaking really loudly after a couple of weeks because the sole is delaminating. They wouldn't exchange them because I didn't have the original box!! I have the original receipt and the fault is really obvious.
