I stopped by this Alo location in Pasadena yesterday and had a really good experience. The store is clean and easy to shop, and everyone from the cashiers to the guy at the door made me feel great and welcome. The staff was helpful without being pushy, and the customer service was honestly amazing. Definitely one of the better Alo locations I’ve been to.

I went into the Alo Pasadena location to pick up a package and had a really disappointing experience. The guy working the register was extremely rude for no reason. It was very obvious that he was talking about me to his coworkers and laughing, which made the situation uncomfortable and unprofessional.
Every time I come into this store, the staff comes off as stuck-up and unfriendly. Customer service here is consistently lacking, which is frustrating for a brand that markets itself as welcoming and elevated. This is Alo—not Louis Vuitton—so the attitude is unnecessary.
I hope management takes customer service more seriously because no one should feel disrespected just for walking into a store.

This Alo location in Pasadena is absolutely ridiculous. I came in to return a hair clip that I purchased under my account, and somehow an employee had the audacity to accuse me of using a fake receipt. First of all—there was no receipt. The purchase was literally under my account. How exactly would I “fake” something that’s already in your system?
To make it worse, she actually wrote on my account: “tried returning a hair clip off a fake receipt.” That is a straight-up lie. It feels like she was covering herself and throwing the blame on me instead. Completely unprofessional and honestly insulting.
This isn’t even my first bad experience here. On another visit, a manager was incredibly rude when Alo sent me the wrong socks. Instead of helping, she told me to contact customer service (which never resolved anything) and then disappeared to the back for 10 minutes just to come back and refuse the return anyway. If you’re not going to help, don’t waste people’s time.
Between false accusations, rude management, and zero accountability, this location is a mess. I would avoid this store completely. All other locations treat their customers way better than this one.
