- ADAntonia DonatoApr 7, 20265.0Ummmm literally the most organized DSW i’ve ever been to. Normally shoes are on the floor, staff is unhelpful, and literally can’t find a shoe in my size, but this experience changed my mind on DSW forever. From the second I walked in, the staff greeted me and asked to let them know if I have any questions. Then, as I was checking out items on the clearance rack, a store associate came over to ask if she could help with anything. I had a few questions about the deal going on that day, and she pulled out a piece of paper to give me a BOGO! I was so happy she stopped over. I wandered the store looking for the right shoe for the next 45 min, finally sat down when I’d made a decision on the two pairs I wanted to get with my BOGO. A store associate saw me, came over, and offered to take those to the register! Um what? Since when does DSW provide that level of service? I always expect it to be as messsy or unhelpful as Ross or Marshalls, but this was giving The Grove vibes. So happy I stopped in and will def make this my regular DSW!

Loved seeing shoes in person amd even found some other options. I also looked at some sneakers and bought socks. It makes a difference to see shoes in person so will be coming back. They have parking in underground structure which is validated. Plus, I got a bigger discount! Check them out!
