I took my item to the store and they weren’t returning it. After I got upset the manager said she will take my item and try to send it back and give me a refund, but they didn’t even process my item. Now I don’t have the item I purchased, and when I call the online customer service they tell me the store has not contacted them and has not processed the refund. I will never buy anything from Max Mara again.
