I recently had the pleasure of participating in a group experience, at the Tiffany & Co. boutique, and I must share how truly exceptional the visit was.
From the moment we arrived, we were treated with warmth and professionalism. The entire experience was seamless, insightful, and showcased the timeless elegance and rich heritage that Tiffany & Co. represents. The store tour itself was a particular highlight, providing a captivating glimpse into the brand's history, craftsmanship, and the meticulous attention to detail that goes into every piece.

David was an excellent salesperson. Today, we bought our daughter’s first silver jewelry (except for the silver spoon we already got for her when she was a baby). Since they don’t display the silver jewelry out in the open, we had to ask him to bring out a few pieces for us to look at. We ended up narrowing it down to two options, and it took us a little while to decide. Throughout the whole process, David was incredibly patient and helpful. We took a photo together and he offered to take a photo of us together in the front of their Christmas tree. We had such a pleasant experience. Thank you.

My husband and I had a lovely experience shopping here! Danny who assisted us is very professional and someone who really loves the brand and has the client's best interests when it comes to selecting the right pieces. Everyone we interacted with was warm and friendly. We didn't leave with a purchase this time but will definitely make this our home store even though we live in a different state :)

Just wow. The floor salesman seemed to make some pretty crazy assumptions which he decided were appropriate and shared. That the only reason I would have my emerald ring was because my family passed it down and I must be Irish? so we weren't interested in buying. That they don't sell emeralds I would be interested in because Tiffany only makes rings like mine ... But bigger. We weren't even shown any options. Thank you for shoeing us away like you felt it was necessary.

This Tiffany store really should do a better job training its employees! The sales representatives don’t know what they are doing and wouldn’t admit their mistakes.
Came in the store today for an exchange for the same ring with a different size. They don’t have the ring in store so they told me they needed to do a return and make a new order.
The sales representative spent about 10+ minutes creating the new order, only to told me that I had to pay extra money for this exchange because price has increased since my original order.
I was totally shocked because in no common sense world I would need to pay extra money for exchange, if I wasn’t clearly informed otherwise. To make things worse, now they cannot even undo this return! I was left with either just have the ring returned, or pay extra money, even to just get the original ring back. To make it more ridiculous, the sales representative defended that they mentioned price has increased, so they thought I would be aware I needed to pay extra money. What a lame excuse, is it that hard for you to admit your mistake?
I ended up leaving the store with the ring returned. I have been returning Tiffany customers but will rethink coming back in the future.
