  My experience with Alex was horrible. The way my situation was handled was unprofessional and extremely disappointing, especially for a luxury brand like Tiffany. I expected much better customer service.

The entire experience was seamless, insightful, and showcased the timeless elegance and rich heritage that Tiffany & Co. represents.   David was an excellent salesperson. Today, we bought our daughter’s first silver jewelry (except for the silver spoon we already got for her when she was a baby). Since they don’t display the silver jewelry out in the open, we had to ask him to bring out a few pieces for us to look at. We ended up narrowing it down to two options, and it took us a little while to decide. Throughout the whole process, David was incredibly patient and helpful. We took a photo together and he offered to take a photo of us together in the front of their Christmas tree. We had such a pleasant experience. Thank you.

  My husband and I had a lovely experience shopping here! Danny who assisted us is very professional and someone who really loves the brand and has the client's best interests when it comes to selecting the right pieces. Everyone we interacted with was warm and friendly. We didn't leave with a purchase this time but will definitely make this our home store even though we live in a different state :)

  Just wow. The floor salesman seemed to make some pretty crazy assumptions which he decided were appropriate and shared. That the only reason I would have my emerald ring was because my family passed it down and I must be Irish? so we weren't interested in buying. That they don't sell emeralds I would be interested in because Tiffany only makes rings like mine ... But bigger. We weren't even shown any options. Thank you for shoeing us away like you felt it was necessary.
