Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.
All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.
Manager & cashier both extremely rude - accused me of re tagging one of the items when I most certainly did not! I don’t even know how to do that. Please be sure to take a photo of the item/tag when you bought it with the receipt (time stamped) so they can’t accuse you.

We traveled an 1.5 hrs to exchange an item that we bought in Canada and was told from the Lululemon there that we can return it to any Lululemon store to exchange with no issue.
That information was completely wrong and a waste of our time as we traveled to and from home to exchange one item.
The young manager at the time informed us that they cannot exchange it because of the exchange rate currency and that that product does not register in their system.
Although they had the same item displayed in the men's area with the exact same item number.
It shouldn't matter on the exchange rate at all. It's a product you bought as a consumer and the manager should have taken care of the customer 100% I wasn't asking for no money just even exchange they could have took it out with their management later on as long as the customer satisfied that's all that matters.
But there was no justification at all on that managers level or any way of trying to make it right. Anyone in the same situation would have been upset. Whatever happened to customer satisfaction!!!!!!

After my experience today, I can confidently say Angelica is an amazing helper. She was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to truly understand my issue. She was more than willing to help and made sure everything I needed was taken care of. Angelica was also very friendly and made the whole experience pleasant. I walked out feeling happy and satisfied as a customer. Thank you, Angelica!

This is my favorite lululemon. Why you ask? People working there are super nice. It’s as simple as that. I spend a lot of money there and even if I’m out of town at another city like sf or wc I make it my goal to come back to Stanford shopping center and buy it at their store. Shopping experience is great. Hope they continue on that.

I have called the store numerous times and no one has answered my calls. I have had better experiences at other Lululemon locations. I left messages with hopes I would get get a call back and have gotten no response.
