  Beware! I own a Louis Vuitton smartwatch, which I purchased to enjoy both its functionality and craftsmanship. Unfortunately, I accidentally lost the charger, and since then, I have been unable to use the watch. I visited their Palo Alto, California boutique to order a replacement charger and placed the order over a month ago. Despite following up twice by phone, I have not received the item or any confirmed delivery date, and today 10/11/25. I just got an email they canceled my item. Recently, I was informed that I could request a refund for the charger. However, this does not solve the problem — I have a luxury smartwatch that is completely unusable without a charger, which is unreasonable and disappointing for a brand of Louis Vuitton’s reputation. I have always trusted Louis Vuitton for its exceptional quality and service, and I truly believe the brand can do better in providing support for customers who have invested in such premium products, i wish anyone will not have the same issue same as me.

  I went into this Louis Vuitton store and had one of the most upsetting shopping experiences of my life. From the moment I walked in, no one acknowledged me. I waited a long time without any salesperson offering assistance. When I finally approached a sales associate myself, they dismissed me and told me to find someone else. I felt completely ignored and disrespected—simply because I am Asian. I believe this was discrimination because everyone else in the store was white, and the sales associates were either chatting with each other or actively helping them while ignoring me. This was incredibly hurtful, especially since I noticed a bag I want and decided to purchase it. Instead, I now plan to go to the Palo Alto store to make my purchase, where I hope to be treated with courtesy. No customer should ever feel invisible or discriminated against.

  Wonderful experience with Client Advisor Meryll Tatel I had such a great experience with Meryll. Lately, I had been feeling that the service at Louis Vuitton in San Francisco was losing some of its warmth, but she completely changed that for me. She was so kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. She showed me different pieces, explained everything with care, and really knew the history of the brand. It made my visit feel special again. If you go to this store, I highly recommend asking for Meryll Tatel.. she truly makes the experience worth it.
