  Just purchased a bottle of the Symphony perfume and when I opened it at home the sprayer wasn’t attached. Easy fix just popped it back on but this shouldn’t even be an issue at this price point. Have never experienced that with my Maison Francis Kurkdkjian perfumes. Makes me question the brand’s quality control.

  We got what we came for and even ended up buying another item 😂 Thanks to CLAUDIA who helped us, very friendly and accommodating. It definitely changed the impression that we got the last time and that’s because of CLAUDIA who welcomes and helped us all through out.

  Claudia H is a total 10/10! She’s so knowledgeable and super patient. I was being pretty indecisive and ended up trying on more than 10 different bags, but she stayed helpful and kind through the whole process until we found the perfect one. It was such a stress-free shopping experience. I’ll definitely be back and will specifically be looking for her again!

  I went there for asking if they offer cleaning or repairing. The answer was no. I understand that’s their policy and I can’t change it. But the sales representative’s attitude was AWFUL! How she responded was so RUDE! She could’ve said nicely and respectfully. I love LV design but customer services is very disappointing. Hopefully they are going to do more employee training.

  Rude and unwelcoming staff. Came to to store right when it opened because I needed to pick up a purse. Walked in, no one came to help - they were just standing around and I had to approach someone . This is not the standard quality of service one should receive at an allegedly luxury retail store. Should have stuck with other luxury brands
