  We went into Framebridge considering maybe framing our postcrads from Vienna. Adam at the store was super helpful and inspiring, showing us different options. We ended up floating different postcards in these *amazing* frames. We just got them home and theyre so much better than what we could have hope for! We cant wait to hang and we cant wait to go back!

  I had such a great experience at Framebridge, especially working with Adam. From start to finish, he made the whole process feel thoughtful and personalized. He helped us choose unique, beautiful frames for both a piece of art and a photo - options we honestly never would have picked ourselves, but absolutely loved once we saw them. His eye for design and detail made all the difference. The whole experience felt custom and high-touch, and the quality completely surpassed any framing experience I’ve had before.   The folks at the Palo Alto Framebridge absolutely knocked it out of the park with framing my diploma and some original art. I came in having only a vague idea of what I was thinking, and their team was extremely helpful to turn my ideas into reality. They suggested ways to add splashes of color to complement the design. They also have a visualization tool so you can see a mock-up of what the final piece will look like. When getting the framed pieces back, the store noticed an imperfection before delivery and sent it back for reframing at no cost. They really take pride in their work! It can be a bit pricey, but I think it's worth it for the important keepsakes.

  Wow what an amazing experience at Framebridge. I brought in 3 pieces that were very meaningful to me and the store manager, Adam, and a colleague really did great work helping me pick truly creative and beautiful solutions. I received 2 of the 3 pieces yesterday after about 2 weeks. The communication was very simple and clear while they were being produced. And the results are just incredible. I’m now obsessively thinking about what else I want to take to them. I was worried there would be an unreasonable amount of up charges and pressured selling. There were neither. Just a great product and experience.
