  Mareo is very sweet helping customers out! Tried over 20 rings and finally picked a brilliant pair for wedding rings, which is top notch compared to other jewelry brand in this plaza.

  I’ve never experienced this level of poor customer service at a high-end jewelry store until visiting this location. Unfortunately, this has now happened to me three separate times, same location. Which points to a isolated incident for this specific location and its people. The Asian lady and Maritza came across as dismissive, and showed little interest in providing the level of service that should be expected in a luxury retail environment. When you work in high-end retail, attitude, professionalism, and customer engagement are not optional—they are the standard. It feels like they do not want to work there. LOL Because of these repeated experiences, I now choose to shop at the Valley Fair location instead, even though it requires more travel. This location, despite being in a beautiful and safe area at Stanford Shopping Center, has consistently failed to deliver the service that reflects the brand. I truly hope corporate leadership takes a closer look at the management and customer service culture at this store. It’s disappointing to see such a prime location fall short due to avoidable service issues. Until there is improvement, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

  Maritza was incredibly helpful! I called ahead to check if they had a specific ring size since we were hoping to get our wedding bands as soon as possible. Not only did she confirm the availability, but she also held them for us until we arrived at the store. When we got there, she was just as friendly and attentive in person, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Thank you, Maritza!
