    They will roll out the red carpet for you when you want to buy things. Don’t be fooled. God forbid you need it serviced. Between Warisa who you’ll have to work with (rude almost hostile) or Luke at the door who won’t even let you into the store while offering no help, customer service or even information you’ll be sorely disappointed and sorry you ever spent a dime with them. When we compare this to our experience at Shreve & co., the difference is astonishing. They are always so welcoming, so helpful, and have made life long clients of us. Congrats to Luke especially for making sure we never shop at Cartier again.

    Where do I even begin. Around a month ago, November 30th to be exact, I walked into this boutique asking whether or not a bracelet I had could be readjusted. Upon entry, I was immediately dismissed saying it could not be done. The sales associate supposedly spoke to her service manager who also said it could not be done and the entire interaction between us lasted less than 5 minutes. (Here's the kicker, I had called customer service the day prior who had assured me multiple times that Cartier could accommodate my request and I had gone to this store to get that process started). Needless to say I was furious and immediately drove to the Valley Fair boutique and here is how that interaction went. They sat me down, gave me a glass of water, took out a tape measure and measured my wrists around 10 times, filled out all the necessary paperwork, answered all of my questions, before sending it to their workshop. Now imagine my shock when about a week later, I get an email saying the bracelet COULD be readjusted to my desired amount. So the Palo Alto sales associates either 1) could not be bothered to help me 2) fed me blatant disinformation or 3) (and here's the sinister one) straight up LIED to me.The level of customer service offered by the Palo Alto store is ABYSMAL and does not even come close to matching the customer service deserving of such expensive jewelry. The fact they did not even TRY to help me was what really ticks me off. It would be a completely different story if they had at least tried to help me but apparently its too much of an ask. I am typing this review while wearing the bracelet after it has been beautifully resized which was complimentary. I am not even mad, more so disappointed that this is the treatment one can expect after spending twelve thousand dollars on a single bracelet. Disappointing does not even begin to describe it. I will NEVER be making ANY purchases from this boutique ever again. Tldr: Customer service here is BEYOND abhorrent. DO BETTER

    41 days ago we dropped off the Cartier Santos Dumont I purchased from the Palo Alto store to be inscribed for our wedding. When we went to pick up the watch, we found that the the inscription and font were wrong. The watch was sent back to be fixed 26 days ago. We have had no status update since. Customer service is non-responsive, and I'm at the point where I believe they misplaced a $6K watch. I'm absolutely appalled by the major misses in customer service from this establishment. At this point, I just want our watch back and to never do business with this brand again.

    My wife and I will never forget our experience at Cartier. We came in to choose the perfect push present to celebrate our first child together – a milestone that means the world to us. We selected the LOVE BRACELET, SMALL MODEL, 6 DIAMONDS, as a forever symbol of our love for each other. From the moment we walked in, Julie took incredible care of us. Her warmth, patience, and genuine excitement for this special moment made everything feel personal and unforgettable. The level of service was truly exceptional – attentive, knowledgeable, and delivered with such grace. Julie turned what could have been just a purchase into one of the most meaningful memories of this chapter in our lives. Thank you, Julie, and thank you Cartier, for helping us celebrate our growing family in the most beautiful way. We couldn’t be happier and will cherish this bracelet (and this experience) forever. I look forward to seeing you again next year for my TANK! Highly recommend this boutique and especially Julie to anyone looking for something truly special!!!
