  La magasin est beau, spacieux et bien agencé. Par contre le vendeur n’a fait aucun effort, on avait l’impression de les déranger. Autant aller dans un autre Alo.

  Aside from the young gentleman who greeted me upon entering the store, my interactions with the staff felt unfriendly and inattentive. There were several employees present, yet I was not approached or asked if I needed assistance. When I inquired about a product in a size other than XXS, one staff member told me she would check and let me know. Unfortunately, she never returned to provide an update. Additionally, when I proceeded to the fitting rooms, the employee managing the area appeared inconvenienced and disengaged, as though assisting customers was a burden rather than a priority. Customer service plays a significant role in the overall shopping experience and directly impacts a store’s success. While I genuinely like Alo’s clothing and brand, the lack of attentiveness and professionalism during this visit makes me hesitant to shop at this particular location again. Separately, I would strongly encourage management to review the cleanliness of the facility. There were noticeable dust accumulations in the dressing rooms, which detracted from the overall experience. Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment is just as important as providing quality service. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and used as an opportunity to improve the in-store experience for future customers.

  I visited Alo to exchange an iteam today on January 24th around noon. I didnt know the exchange policy with Alo was only once per purchase. I had no problem returning it, and purchase it again. In order to do that I went to a store in Palo Alto located in the Stanford Mall. Beacsue the app does not allow you to exchange only allowed to return items. I purchased the iteam with 30% discount during the holiday, Recovery Slipper, for $122 instead of $175. And the store associates and the manager agreed to credit and honor the discounted price. However, while working on the transaction the manager told the associates that she would be able to complete the transition after I pay the difference, Tax difference between the two cities . Where I live the tax is (10.75%) and Palo alto (9.13% - 9.75%). The Alo store wanted to charge me $23 and some change beacsue tax was higher there ?!?! How ?!?! I mean do math, how dumb are you ?! Easy math : Tax on $175.00 is $15.96 Not even $16. And $122 + tax ( Palo alto) is $11.13. Even if they wanted to charge me base on my city tax $175+ tax (10.75%) = $18.81. The manager was rude and did not even bother to use any active listening and mannerism to even hear me out. And kept saying , " I cant change the tax" . So I decided to leave and take the slippers with me. the associate didnt look like she understood math. When I asked her if I could try one size smaller of the slippers, she brought me a size 4! Instead of 7 and I had to point on the box and xonpare sizes for her to comprehend she made a mistake. I left the store and I was appalled how the hell they were hired. Or maybe Alo steals money by tempring their register?! I called the customer service, and dis the transaction over the phone. ( havent gotten the slippers yet! This is my last purchase with Alo! #alosucks

  I used to love this Alo location, but since the management change, many of the great associates who recognized me when I walked in are no longer there. I was in the store a few weeks ago and had a very negative experience with Sabrina. She was extremely rude and argumentative when my boyfriend and I were simply trying to return clothing we received for Christmas. We remained polite throughout the interaction, yet she became increasingly hostile and, mid-conversation, walked away with a lot of attitude. I’m genuinely surprised she holds a management position. I’ve also heard she has had multiple arguments with other employees on the sales floor in front of customers, which is completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I would highly recommend visiting the West Valley Fair location instead.
