- MMMini MooseNov 30, 20214.0This was a lengthy process, but I'm pleased with the final outcome. Last Monday, I went to Windsor to see whether they had a coat in store that I had seen online.Unfortunately, the item was not available in this store, but the associate who working that day assisted me in placing an order and informed me that "If I don't like it after I got it, I may return it for a full refund." When my shipment arrived at my house, I was disappointed because the coat was lighter and longer than I had anticipated. So I went to the mall on Sunday to return it. However, I was told that I couldn't receive a refund and that the only options were store credit or an even exchange, and if I wanted a refund, I'd have to do it online. I was perplexed because I was told on Monday that if I didn't like it, I could get a complete refund. After leaving the store and doing some other shopping, I returned 30 minutes later to ask them again after glancing at their website. The same thing was said to me again. So I went home and tried to do what they instructed, and after 2 hours of stress, I discovered that I couldn't return for a refund through mail since the first associate printed out a receipt that I could only do an exchange with it. I then call Windsor, and Yesenia, the associate manager, answers the phone. When I explained what was wrong, she apologized profusely. She couldn't understand why no one was willing to assist me, but she promised she would. And she did. The next day, I returned and was offered a full refund for inconvenience. She and the store manager apologized once more, and I was given a discount card as well!
