I went in to the store to inquire and they disregarded my concerns and told me to just call the online customer service number. They need to do better.

My mom shops in this store so many times, for the money that she spends she dosn't need to be talked down to from a mid 30 year old girl with a snappy attitude. People work hard for the money we make and when my mom was asking a question about a coupon to use the manager Shake just had so much attitude. I just couldn't believe the way she was talking to my mom. I was actually shocked that she was the manager when cashier Vanessa took over i had to ask who she was and her name. I never write reviewes nor do I do surveys. So i hope something changes. Good customer service to the associates. They had a smile on their faces and were friendly. (Makes no sense for the manager do be so hostile) I called, wrote, and did 2 surveys on this customer service and it is not okay. But i made sure the ones actually working got credit.
