  This Rolex boutique is by far the most professional, polite, sincere I have come across compared to all the other Rolex dealers in southern California. We own 2 Rolexes, but I was looking for Daytona. Few months ago, I walked into Leeds & Son - ‭BUCHERER 1888 PALM DESERT casually looking for Daytona. Julie put me on the waiting list and few months after she called me with the good news that Daytona, I was looking for had arrived. Thanks to Julie, I am now proud owner of the Daytona. I will highly recommend this place.

With their guidance, I was able to secure my dream timepiece and the entire journey felt personal and memorable from start to finish.   We recently purchased a Rolex watch from this store. Patrick Parkey was our salesman and was awesome. We never felt rushed or pressured to buy one watch over another. His patience was only surpassed by his exemplary customer service. I highly recommend this business and the salesman as well.

  I’ve always had a great experience here. Starting from security all the way to the show floor. I had a great time meeting Christina today and will never forget to watch she offered, as It was a very rare occasion. Either recommend this place if you’re looking for good stock, good availability, great customer service And high-end time pieces.
