She persistently interrupted my precise explanations of order discrepancies, demonstrating a blatant contempt for basic etiquette and client autonomy. This pattern of ineptitude recurred from a prior incident where the manager (Tanya?) omitted to apply my discount code, sale adjustments, and loyalty credits, resulting in an unjust overcharge exceeding $200. Such consistent dereliction borders on deliberate deceit, marking this establishment as profoundly unreliable for any informed consumer. I strongly advise all potential patrons to avoid it entirely.

My most recent visit Briana was the only one to even acknowledge me and offer assistance. She was great and very helpful. I even heard one of the associates get asked if she contacted me and answered yes I did. When she never did. It was frustrating. I had to find someone to open the fitting rooms and the opened it without saying a word and promptly left. It made me feel unwelcome. Again if it wasn't for Briana I would have decided to not return. Quite frankly I don't trust the staff would want to help. The clothes are great and the styles are wonderful the service just sucks.
