  I was bluntly disappointed by the sales representative from this -Palm Springs store. The attendant was rude and condescending. I arrived there at a quarter to ten in the morning. He / male / white aggressively, in a loud tone told me that they were having a private event: on Feb 15,2026. Which the sales representative at the Cabazon store -told me that the stores don’t have such events. Moreover he added that the salesperson at the Palm Springs store shouldn’t have kicked me out, like he did. I felt discriminated because I’m of Hispanic descent not Caucasian. I had purchased items from this particular store in the past with no issues. I felt like they were not letting anyone of color shop with the white rich people.

  Posted on Yelp as well but I assume Google is where they care about their reviews. It was the first time I stepped inside the new store and wasn’t greeted at all. I guess the staff at the registers were too busy with their conversation. No one even asked if I needed help finding anything. I checked out with a girl named Gianna and everything was okay until I was walking out and she “forgot” to remove a security tag from one of the jackets I bought. Talk about embarrassing, especially if I’m spending nearly 300 dollars. I walked back inside and Gianna stepped to the side and instead a gentleman that was there apologized and removed it. Props to him for knowing good customer service. Staff either needs to be retrained or the GM needs to hire people who actually want to work and not just play mean girl simulator.

  Got to the event tonight at 7:05pm. Hard jamm8n music going. No drinks. No sweets. What a flop. We left.
