  Stopped by this LV store as we were traveling back home from Arizona. Chose to come to this location as opposed to the Scottsdale store. Bad move! These associates had to be some of the worst, least helpful LV employees I have ever encountered in my life. I had traveled six hours by the time I arrived there and I was in my comfy Lululemon jog suit and was looked up and down at with disdain. First and foremost the greeter at the door was anything but welcoming. He had an ugly sour face and had a terrible attitude! He was a young, unattractive man that would have benefited from smiling and not exuding such an unpleasant look on his face. He never even said one word. What is his purpose? All of the associates here had to be some of the most disheveled and unkempt employees I have come across in any of the LV stores I have visited, especially for the area. The associate who I finally wrangled up to help me was just okay and not very helpful. I purchase my perfume and then asked to look at a couple of bags which he was rushing me through the process! I currently own six bags and don’t need to purchase another one and with this treatment I chose to just get my perfume and move on. Don’t waste your time stopping here! Trust me, you’ll get better customer service shopping online.

  The staff are not welcoming you, they treat you like you are not even there, only if you are purchasing something then they seen you! We had to ask for help even when 4 of the staff workers were just staying in the front waiting for customers!

  Ordered a purse online and had to return because of size. Return was processed, staff was friendly, thought all went well…until I looked at my cc statement. I was credited back at Palm Desert tax rate and not mine, which is 2% lower than my home tax rate. Spending thousands of dollars on a purse, that’s a significant amount to be shorted. Can’t talk directly to store, so I reached out to LV customer service - also very pleasant to speak to - totally useless! Actually told me I would have to drive back to store to get credited the difference. That is a 2.5 hr drive for me, ONE WAY!! Here I was trying to make it easy on everyone by returning to store. Never again. Actually, not really interested in buying their product if this is the type of help I will receive. Mark goes to store since they were the one to not do the credit correctly in the first place
