I tried to return 2 items and the machines could not find them in the card they were purchased on and 2 staff member plus management proceeded to ask me the customer the store number of the store I purchased them from I will now be past the new horrible 60 day return policy and now not get my refund. I live 30 mins from this store which is the closest store to me and now they expect me to drive back tomorrow to try again. No thank you. I will trash the items that cost over $100 combined just so I don’t have to EVER return to this store. It should be shut down!

Fix the broken ones! I'm shocked JC Penny's doesn't care to keep it clean. Paint the walls and replace the gross disgusting sofa as well! The store inside isn't much better. The shoe department has 25% empty boxes where they've been stolen out of. Surprised they're still in business! Clean your store up! And maybe people will shop there again! Just a thought! The photos are by the restrooms and side entrance to the store.

So I walked the entire store, I have a really good memory you say you strive to give value to me the customer, drop your prices. You should be investigated for price gouging. COVID is way over, enough is enough. Your clothing is no better than Walmart. It falls apart just as fast. Made in China, most of it. And you think it's valuable to me. Your entire store should be RE-THOUGHT. It looks the same for the last 20 years. I have literally watched this store go down hill, I'm really disappointed in the overall quality of everything in the store. And further more, all the stuff you do have, that is valuable, is clearly overpriced by almost half, than most other stores selling similar if not the same products. Sorry not that many people put facts together like I do. Next time don't lie your way through an apology, that is obviously empty and misinformed. Maybe you shouldn't have poked me like that.
