She persistently interrupted my precise explanations of order discrepancies, demonstrating a blatant contempt for basic etiquette and client autonomy. This pattern of ineptitude recurred from a prior incident where the manager (Tanya?) omitted to apply my discount code, sale adjustments, and loyalty credits, resulting in an unjust overcharge exceeding $200. Such consistent dereliction borders on deliberate deceit, marking this establishment as profoundly unreliable for any informed consumer. I strongly advise all potential patrons to avoid it entirely.

The store was clean and well organized, making it easy to find sizes and see how items looked in full glance as they were displayed prominently. I was most interested in the jeans as they had many different styles and there was a picture of the jeans on a model at each of the tables or racks that they were at. They had my small size in every style, which was very much appreciated. The sales clerks were friendly and did not hover. I tried on multiple jeans and just wasn't into them as the style is high rise, and the one pair of midrise were not flattering. Still, I would shop there again as it is a good brand and jeans styles constantly change.
