  Dale is a master jeweler who has been in the desert for decades. Highly knowlegeable, talented, and with very reasonable prices. He always has unique, one-of-kind pieces and is a gifted designer in his own right.

  A couple of years ago, when I wanted my father’s ring to be sized, it was destroyed by a jeweler who was not capable of handling the design of the ring. (I have a previous review indicating the damage.) Upon having my father’s ring destroyed, and the jeweler denying responsibility, I began searching for a jeweler who would be able to repair the damaged ring. Until recently, I was unable to find someone who was willing to invest in the effort it would take to repair the damage. I found D Bierfeldt Jewelers by searching google. I discussed the issue with Dale, and Kerri. They were both super compassionate, and very considerate of my sadness over a family heirloom being destroyed by a previous jeweler. (I will insert a before and after photo of my father’s ring.) To my amazement, Dale was able to completely restore my father’s ring back to its original form. He was able to salvage the design, and took absolute pride in being able to give me my beloved ring back in its original condition. Dale is a unique jeweler who clearly loves his craft. He is a skilled artist and a true talent. Kerri is so wonderful at listening and has such a true love of gems, jewelry, and customer care, that she shines from the moment you walk into the store. To say that I am grateful for the restoration of my father’s ring, is an understatement. I wholly recommend D Bierfeldt jewelers as a trusted source for quality, compassion, and knowledge.

  I took Dale my father’s wedding band (yellow gold) and one of my mother’s (now deceased) ring wraps (white gold/diamonds), both having little monetary value but tremendous sentimental value to me. He created what I think is the most beautiful collaboration of the two. I don’t usually wear jewelry, but I never plan to take this ring off. Thanks Dale for listening and understanding the emotional part of my request, not to mention the expert craftsmanship and very affordable cost.

  Dale took my 30 plus year old marriage band and returned it to me in better condition than when we first had our bands made. He refurbished the diamond settings completely. The gold looks as if it is brand new. The ring, the diamonds, sparkle. I cannot thank Dale enough for bringing back to life this very special possession.

  Dale designed my engagement ring and it came out absolutely gorgeous! He listened to what we wanted and came out exactly how we described it to him.....Beautiful!! Wouldn't go to any other jeweler since we found him.
