  Store is small and the staff were too busy on their cellphones. Trying to get help in the change room was non existent, trying to get someone to help with different sizes non existent. Trying to check out and no one was there either. I had to track them down/ call them over. For such a small store it’s ran terribly.

  I am a huge ALO SHOPPER. Look at my profile. This is the worst ALO I’ve ever shopped at and it’s because of the employees. Horrible customer service. Manager walked past me no less than 3 times last night and never even made eye contact. Hands full of clothes not 1 person asked if I wanted them to hold at cash wrap! You guys need to be better!!!!   The store is pretty small, and they didn’t have many items even though it was a recent drop. But I met the best staff member here! I’ve been to more than 10 Alo stores, and she was truly the best. I didn’t ask her name,, she has black hair and wears glasses. Thank you so much 🙏

  Beautiful store, but the employees were very ‘in your face’ couldn’t take a hint about us ‘just looking’ and we’d let them know if we needed anything Disappointing
