- SFS. FernandezFeb 17, 20262.0I tried to return a brand new sweater that had not been used with a tag on and because it was past the 60 day mark, they refused to take it back. I am very disappointed with it. I would’ve taken credit. I would’ve taken partial credit I would’ve taken whatever they felt was fair for me returning it this late, but nobody wanted to work with me and I feel that’s kind of unfair and unjust. We are consumers and we’re constantly coming to the store to buy products but whenever it’s not agreeable with them they decide to push us off. I get it as a business, but if I would’ve used the item if it would’ve looked worn out I understand if they would’ve denied me but the fact that this was just a past due return I think they could’ve worked with me and the manager did not come out in person to talk to me. He called one of the employees on the phone to tell her what she thought. I’m so disappointed in this store. I rather go to business at Marshalls TJ Maxx, Ross everybody else besides them besides the fact that they are overpriced they do not have good customer service. I got a reply from Brandy, which did not say if she was a manager clerk anything like that so she did not offer any solution to my problem. I am still stuck with a sweater that I will not use that my dad cannot exchange to get something else that he can use so I appreciate Brandy reaching out to me and acknowledging my concern but acknowledging my concern does not resolve the issue so in the end it was useless but thank you anyways for trying I don’t think I will ever be shopping at your stores again.
