- GMGabriela MezaNov 11, 20251.0Today I went into the store to buy some panties and to place an order. There is only one bench to sit. My mother has a hard time standing long time. A other customers was sitting on the bunch. She got up to pay for items. So my mother took a sit on the bunch. the other customer had no problem walking she was cause walking around the store like nothing. I did say something to Mariah one of the mangers. I asked the customer if my mom could sit in the bunch while she stood in front of the register. At the time I finished my purchase. I was told my Mariah that it was better I didn't start problems with the customer or she would have called security get me out of the store. I asked her why Mariah just looked at me and because the lady and her daughter spend lots of money in the store. The other customer and her daughter where boot hispanic as well. Mariah is rude person to be working in customer service.

The reason for the 3 stars is the broiler room they call a dressing room. 2 spotlights on the ceiling and 2 big long lights on each side. I was literally sweating after putting on the first item. I used the mirror in the hall area just to get some relief. Look how bright it is in the pictures. I dread going in there on warm days. Since it's been like this since I first started shopping there (no joke), they don't care how their customers feel. I know there have been a lot of complaints.

They spent time with me over the phone, helping me decide what bra would work with the comfort I'm looking for, so I can make my purchase online before the sale and my birthday code ends. Tuesday helped me twice and I forgot the other ladies name but I'll update my review once I get her name tomorrow. Excellent customer service and so helpful!
