- JTJohn TranOct 4, 20251.0The store manager, Emmanuel (#589583), acted in a manner I found rude, unprofessional, and inconsistent with store policy. I do not believe he should continue in his current role. Due to the nature of my case, I am unable to provide further details here. My law firm is working directly with Sunglasses Hut regarding this matter. If others have had similar experiences, please share your comments. I have also reported this incident to the Better Business Bureau.

They tried to say there are scratches on the sunglasses even though it’s unopened in the box bought a day before so they don’t accept your return…not honest practice for a business. Would NEVER recommended this place!!! STAY AWAY from this Sunglasses Hut store!!!

She answered all our questions and we walked out with a pair of glasses and the cleaner. Even when it got busy she came back to attend us. Initially we weren’t 100% about buying but with the help and attention to detail we felt comfortable making the purchase and will definitely will come back again especially if she will be the one attending us. If Mercedes gets the chance to help you out let me tell you that you’re in great hands and she definitely got you 👍 Mercedes was such a gem 💎 if the store is commission based I’m definitely only buying from her.
