Completely unfriendly to the point of being rude. Ruined my experience. I expect more from Nordstrom, even if a Rack.
- LLLynnKMar 26, 20263.0I’ve visited this store many times and usually stop by whenever I’m at Ontario Mills Mall. Unfortunately, the store has become increasingly disorganized. It’s difficult to find anything specific because the displays are messy and the layout feels chaotic. The staff always seem busy, and the shoe sizes are all mixed up, which makes browsing frustrating. I used to find styles I loved here especially heels and shoes but lately the selection hasn’t been the same. Still, I might drop by occasionally to see if anything new catches my eye.
