- LZLan ZamFeb 18, 20261.0Very unprofessional and rude especially the girl with glasses in charge of fitting rooms, she lacks customer service skills. My underage daughter needed assistance with her dress and I wasn’t allowed in the fitting room to help her. When I tried to explain to the girl she interrupted me and told me to get out of the fitting room area and wait outside. Either they need to put signs in the fitting rooms explaining their policy or they need more staff when it’s busy. We left and went to another dress store in the same mall where we were treated with respect. We were greeted and I was allowed to help my daughter try on dresses. It’s unfortunate to see such a great store have rude staff as it leaves a very bad impression to customers.
