- EHElaine HeinzeJan 7, 20231.0I bought a pair of boots there. I just worn them twice and they got wrinkles everywhere. Besides, the material got all pushed in. I sent an email to Steve Madden and I was said I should talk to the manager on duty at the store where I bought them. I called the store and they said there was nothing they could do once I had worn the boots already. The boots were not cheap. I paid about $110 for them. I'm really disappointed. I'm never gonna spend my money there again. Neither at this store nor at Steve Madden. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!!
