  If I could rate them negative stars I would. My experience with this company was not great at all. Event: Wednesday at 11am Delivery: The person delivering (Silverado gray) the tables and chairs arrived 1 hour later (10am) than the expected time (not a big deal we had some time to buy). From the beginning this person was very rude to our workers. He was asked if he was there only for delivery or was, he going to set up as well. He responded with an attitude “NO!” my co worker then walked away. Pick Up: The company asked if they could leave their items there until Friday morning. Not a problem there was plenty of space and secured location. Friday morning came I asked a co worker to follow up with the rental company to find out what time they planned to pick up their items. They said 10:30am. Mind you I’m working and receive numerous calls. The company called me 3 times at 10:20am and then called my coworker asking why I wasn’t picking up their calls. I was on another line when this happened. Fast forward to the actual picks up. Our event is in a secured venue and you cannot go onsite without ID/DL (the company would know this because they previously had been here). This bothered the same delivery driver and was agitated. I offered my help to load while his 2 passengers waited outside since they did not have ID’s. He responded very rude “No I don’t need any of your help and I’m going to charge you an extra day for not allowing me to get my items.” There was more that he said which included him cussing at me and I matched his energy. But the bottom line is he was very unprofessional, rude, difficult to work with and I will NOT be contacting them again for our future events.
