It had a lot to offer but wasn't very walkable. I came to the theater with my family from Los Angeles. Most of the places to have dinner were too far of a walk from the theater for us to make it in time for the movie. We had to settle for the closest thing and it was still 10+ minutes walking.

It's a big mall but consider breaking the bank not even Marshalls will save you money. The only deals you might find are at small stores but subpar quality and the crowds will have you waiting and I repeat do not go to GameStop the store is small and it will take at least 30mins to get your order. I would tell you for the time and price Victoria gardens is a good alternative with open space and fresh air.

I visited Ontario Mills on December 24 with my wife and our son for the first time in a while. Compared to previous visits, the mall felt noticeably less crowded overall.
Department stores like Saks Fifth Avenue were especially quiet, while discount stores such as Marshalls were much busier. The only place where I saw a clear line was at a shoe store selling UGG. Seeing this contrast made me wonder a bit if consumer spending in the U.S. might be slowing down.
It took us nearly three hours to make a full loop around the mall, which says a lot about its size. While walking through, we noticed that it was raining, and inside PacSun there were actually spots where water was leaking from the ceiling, which was a little surprising to see.
We wrapped up our visit at the food court and really enjoyed a Brazilian barbecue meal along with a steak sandwich from Charleys Philly Steaks—both were very satisfying.
Overall, despite feeling quieter than in the past, Ontario Mills was still a comfortable place to spend a few hours with family, and the lighter crowds made for a more relaxed shopping experience.

This mall is huge, something for everyone. Pretty much any brand you are looking for you will find. Has a good food court with good choices and the Cajun Grill has some of the best bourbon chicken you will ever find. The Rain Forest Cafe is great for little kids and the layout is like a big circle around the whole mall. I've been comming here for years and always find what I am looking for. Plan for a lot of people on the weekend and even more so on the holidays with some stores having lines out the door (Like Coach). This is I.E.s mega mall for sure, the only thing the comes close to it is Victoria Gardens in Rancho Cucomonga or South Coast Plaza and a couple others in Orange County. For the adults you have Dave and Busters and a plethora of dining options both inside and outside the mall for more fine dining.

Always love coming to Ontario Mills! Whether it's for clothees, Cologne, Food or entertainment, I always have a great time here!
We went to the Improv on Wednesday Night! The place wasn't packed at all, but the Headliner was funny.
The food service could use some improvement though. Like I told you, there was like 15 people total in the venue.
First, I ordered a water and a Lemonade. When I asked if they charged for refills they said they did. I asked for no Ice in my Lemonade, only for the waitress to come back 10 minutes later, with Ice in my Lemonade. When she realized the mistake, she told me my next refill would be free. My Lady who had also asked for no Ice in her Tea, had ice in hers... oh, my Lady had also asked two people for Sugar for her unsweetened tea, only for her to mention again for the 3rd time, literally towards the last joke of the show. I any ways, I had ordered Spinach and Artichoke Dip, Angus Sliders w Garlic Fries and the Improv Burger. Everything was satisfactory because we were starving, lol
Finally it was time to close out, mind you I was only given a total and not the receipt. Once I questioned myself like why am I being charged $100, I asked for my receipt. 10 minutes later before I could told touch it, the waitress tells me I was mistakenly charged for two drinks that were supposed to be free, and she would have to refund my money to my card. Another 10 minutes go by, after all the other customers and comedians were gone.. we were still waiting for the receipt, while they were cleaning up. Long story short, love the Improv, but it's too expensive, especially with these hidden fees! It's like you have to pay to literally to breathe in there.. I'm just waiting for the day they try to sell you high quality bottled air. Lol
