  Amazing experience, I came looking for a puffer jacket for my boyfriend and this understandable worker provided and the ran out of bags. He told me the only thing they had left was clear bags and accepted it. I wish they had the proper paper bags but it’s fine. He was wearing a Black quarter zip I think and was so nice as well. also, there was a lady manager. I think her name was Cynthia. It was very nice as well. There was this one girl as well she was kind of short I was very helpful as well at the fitting room area. The guy in the Black quarter zip also explained that there was 20% additional which helped me save a lot of money at the end of my purchase. Will come back for these amazing deals

  Very disappointing experience. After paying a high amount, I was shocked to receive the clothes in a trash bag instead of proper packaging. This is unacceptable for a brand like Calvin Klein and far below expected standards.

  I came to this Calvin Klein location because I usually shop here and trust the prices. But this time the experience was very disappointing. I checked the price of a jacket using the scanner in the store, and it showed a lower price. However, at checkout they tried to charge me more. I wasn’t trying to get anything for cheaper — I just wanted the correct price that was shown. When I asked to scan the barcode again on the price-check machine, the device wasn’t working at all. It made the whole situation feel unclear and unreliable. I don’t understand why the prices in the store don’t match at checkout. I hope the store improves their price accuracy and makes sure the scanners work properly, because customers rely on them.
