  I normally don't leave reviews, but the customer service was great. Aurielle was such a kind, genuine, and patient person. She helped me find my size and the bralettes and bras that worked best for me. She went above and beyond in helping me out and continously checked up on me and gave her expertise in what would fit best. She also brought me many different bra styles and sizes just to make sure I got the ones that I felt that most comfortable in. They also helped me out with ordering online and even had to go a little over closing which I really appreciated.

  I went in today searching for leggings and recommendations the girl with the piercing on her mouth sadly I forgot to ask her name, she was amazing! She took her time to help me find my sizing and gave me amazing recommendations for bras. I ended up leaving the store very happy with my purchase! (As far as the other girls in the store they were not so welcoming or helpful.) but the girl with the piercing and black hair was helpful. I wish they were more people like her in every store, Overall she made my visit pleasant :)

  My experience with the red headed “manager”/shift lead today was disappointing. I drive over an hour to come to this location because the associates are typically really helpful. I was in the store today to exchange some items from last week and the manager’s attitude was disgusting. My items were unavailable so another associate ordered them for me online but the prices and discounts that she said she applied weren’t adding up so my husband went back into the store to inquire. The red head “manager” rolled her eyes at him, had an unapproachable tone and a nasty attitude. She said there was nothing she could do. My husband explained he cancelled the order already so he just wanted them to place a new order and had all the SKU/item #s. She said she couldn’t bc the “items are in limbo.” We went to American Eagle instead and were helped by Jessica (AMAZING attitude and super kind) and had the correct order placed with the correct prices. As someone who works in customer service myself, please re-train the red head lead or promote one of the other associates instead. There’s other associates who are way more deserving of a lead title than she is. You shouldn’t work in customer service if you have a nasty attitude.
