- ESEvelina SobiloSep 17, 20261.0Word of advice, if you have issues with your order, do not bother contacting the store itself, you will get further by just calling the customer service line. Store associate ordered me the wrong size of shoe and I got the run around of how they can’t cancel my order even though it had not shipped. She instead hung up the phone on me. If you can’t help paying customers then find a job outside of customer service! Will never shop here again. I would rather pay more with no headaches.
- SPSarah PAug 20, 20262.0Great prices and selection but the customer service was absolutely terrible. Brought my 3 year old in to get a pair of shoes. Zero help from any staff. Was not greeted on any way. When finally stopped an employee from walking passed us she acted like it was a bother. Then at register the employee barely said 2 words and called over another employee because she wanted to go for a break.
- BCBen CascoMay 23, 20264.0Great selection of shoes and decent price. Wish they had more wide width options
- IWIsmael WhittakerMay 22, 20264.0Gran variedad de zapatos y zapatillas. Hay de todo tipo de calzado. Pero los precios en la tienda cambian mucho a lo que se promociona por internet.
- CDCorey W. DykensMay 4, 20261.0Very disorganized store. I was looking for Sketchers slip-proof and couldn't find them. An older male employee had a trainee with him and ignored me. An older female employee with short hair asked every other customer if they needed help but just passed by me three times. She didnt totally ignore me however, she gave me a dirty look. I'd recommend elsewhere.
