  I had an unpleasant interaction with a staff member today. Her behaviour was rude and unprofessional, and I felt she handled the situation inappropriately. I believe this should be addressed by management, as employees should be expected to treat customers and colleagues respectfully and professionally.

  We had a fantastic experience today with Ellie, they helped us picked pick out frames that suited us and were very unique! They have a real talent for selecting frames that really suited us even though they weren’t something we’d normally try. Lovely customer service as well.

  It was a gloomy Saturday morning. Plans were previously made to enjoy the supposed beautiful weather that we’ve waited all winter for. But alas Mother Nature had other plans and there was not a spec of sunlight to be seen outside. That was until we pivoted our plans and came to Sunglass Hut and the ray of sunshine Elly came to help us. She is truly fantastic and provided some of the best customer service Devonshire Mall has to offer. To anyone who is seeking to buy a new pair of sunglasses and wants the best customer service you will get, go visit Elly here.
