I recently purchased a pair of sunglasses from Sunglass Hut and had a really great experience. The staff were friendly, helpful, and took the time to understand what I was looking for without making me feel pressured. A big thanks to Elly and the whole staff. Even my after buying experience was fantastic. They actually deserve the good review. I’m really happy with the sunglasses I chose—the quality, fit, and style are exactly what I was looking for. The whole buying experience was smooth and enjoyable, and I really appreciated the excellent customer service. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Sunglass Hut to anyone looking for quality sunglasses and a great shopping experience.

I had an unpleasant interaction with a staff member today. Her behaviour was rude and unprofessional, and I felt she handled the situation inappropriately. I believe this should be addressed by management, as employees should be expected to treat customers and colleagues respectfully and professionally.

We had a fantastic experience today with Ellie, they helped us picked pick out frames that suited us and were very unique! They have a real talent for selecting frames that really suited us even though they weren’t something we’d normally try. Lovely customer service as well.
