We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. We were doing a return because she was sent the wrong size and the woman spoke to us in condescending manner. I use to be a loyal lululemon shopper but they lost my business.

My boyfriend was with me, and at one point she asked me, “Did you follow me?” Then she looked at him and said, “Were you at least with me?” Is that how you speak to customers? This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.

Seems to me whenever I need something and go the store I always end up ordering it online because they never have stock. Staff are usually all great, but sometimes when I go in I like to look around without having someone continuously asking me if I need help.
