- MMMicahSep 18, 20261.0I ordered the lululemon align no line crop leggings and picked them up Sept 6. I wore them 2x and I noticed a small hole underneath the seam, so I went to lululemon today Sept 18 to exchange it and they told me they can't since the hole is underneath the seam it is considered wear and tear... i almost lost brain cells at how stupid that reasoning is. Wear and tear after wearing it 2x and i just purchased it 2 weeks ago just made it clear to me that the quality of their products are so cheap for the price they are selling. Not buying from here again and do not recommend it. Might as well get leggings from aritzia, garage, alo at least their products last longer lol
- MSMelissa SampsonSep 5, 20265.0I went in to the Devonshire mall location to get a gift and was helped by Bree. She helped me locate the perfect item. She definitely made sure I left the store happier than when I entered. Just want Bree to know she made a lasting impact. I left the mall smiling and impressed by her generous nature. Thank you!

- MCMike CurranJul 30, 20261.0I was there with my girlfriend on Sunday at 4pm and the woman at register was extremely rude to me and my girlfriend. We were doing a return because she was sent the wrong size and the woman spoke to us in condescending manner. I use to be a loyal lululemon shopper but they lost my business.
- VLValeriia LisovaJul 29, 20261.0I came in to exchange a skirt the cashier was rude and talked to me like I was stupid. My boyfriend was with me, and at one point she asked me, “Did you follow me?” Then she looked at him and said, “Were you at least with me?” Is that how you speak to customers? This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.
