  When my usual contact is busy running the boutique or with another client… it’s nice to know you can count on Bryan to engage in knowledgeable watch talk on modern, or vintage timepieces. Especially Rolex, Omega and IWC. It’s incredible that a small city like Windsor has a jewelry and watch boutique of the highest quality with outstanding service across the board.

  Been hard to deal with them … waitlist forever … if they cannot get single watch for 4 years + ( not exotic ) … means poor follow up from the staff potentially giving attention to some of their preferred customers … you may as well get better as well from AD outside Windsor for a better service and allocation .
