  Always loved shopping at that store in michigan. I noticed the one at Devonshire Mall zero customer service instead workers standing around talking,had to ask young lady working at the back if they can order bigger sizes, in what i like, she said to bring box with shoes to front of store so they can scan too see, so I was left with carry 3 boxes in order to find out. 5 young lady's standing behind counter doing NOTHING BUT TALKING, I was the only customer up there at the time. Someone needs to do better in this store.

  Very good experience .the staff was very friendly and she helped me to find my shoes and the prize is reasonable.

  Very disappointed in the Windsor store. Twice I went there and bought shoes that were suppose to be discounted only to given a story that they were not discounted as advertised and were full price. The first pair were on a shelf with a sale sign clearly marked. I was told they were placed in the wrong spot. Really when all corresponding sizes were there. Then bought 2 pairsof Ugg slippers. The sign said buy one get another at a discounted price. At the register I was told that since the Ugg had a sticker price ending in .99 it wasn’t part of the promotion. NOT what your sign said! Totally a case a false advertising!!! So guess what, I’m not coming back!!!! Shame on you!!!!!!
