- MCMatt Chau5 days ago5.0Huge shoutout to Mark for helping me get set up with my skates today. Super knowledgeable, patient, and actually took the time to make sure everything fit properly instead of just trying to make a sale. He helped dial everything in and explained the differences between the skates really well. You can tell he genuinely cares about hockey and making sure customers leave happy and comfortable on the ice. Really appreciate the help — easily one of the best experiences I’ve had at a hockey store.
- MSMark SausedoMay 12, 20265.0I like that this place is more sports oriented than say, sportchek which seems to be more clothing than sport. They have a better selection of sports gear. The pricing is average, however they do have sales often. The pro shop needs work imo. For example for ice skates you'd be better to go to a proper hockey pro shop.

Bianca and Nathan D are amazing. So hopefully and super knowledgeable. Nathan D gets bonus points for being a rugby player too

But best of all was the customer service. Braden and Kayley were helpful, knowledgeable and stayed with us answering questions and offering suggestions. Manager Charles was very helpful in making sure our league was credited appropriately. I will definitely be back! Thank you Team Town.

Even with multiple other customers he was quick, efficient, and kept asking if there was anything else we needed. Once he knew we were headed to the baseball section, he offered to get someone over there to help us. He was awesome!
