  This was my first time coming to the store to look for soccer cleats, and Ian approached me with genuine care, asking thoughtful questions about my foot shape and playing needs. He brought out multiple pairs for me to try, never rushed me and even checked if I had more time to keep looking. He was knowledgeable not just about cleats, but also related gear like shin guards. And he really listened to what I was saying. Ian went above and beyond, like a manager, making sure I felt taken care of. I really appreciated that level of attention and care. I’ll definitely be back, and I’d be happy to have Ian’s help again. You don’t get this kind of service too often anymore!

  We buy all of our footwear at Team Town because my son who plays both rugby and football has a difficult time finding a shoe or cleat big enough for his size 14 feet! Today we were there for new rugby cleats after his cleat melted in the heat last weekend. We were looked after by a young man by the name of Ian who was awesome! He took his time with us and despite being there for quite an awhile Ian was patient and obliging. Ian convinced me to try on a shoe and it felt like I’d stepped into Heaven! I wasn’t even there for me but my son and I both left with new drip. Thanks Ian you went above and beyond and made the drive to Whitby well worth it! Team Town is lucky to have you! Well done and good luck on the soccer pitch! We will be back to see you again!

  I had a great experience buying slow pitch softball equipment. Vance was very helpful in helping me select a glove and batting gloves. Then Ian helped me find the right cleats. They were both very knowledgeable about the sport and relevant products. There was another guy at cash that also knew my league and pointed me to all the right areas of the store. They also break in your glove for free at the service counter! Team Town is great - products, team, and prices.
