  Terrible experience at this location. I brought 2 bags of clean, barely worn clothes just to wait 15 minutes to be told the items I brought were stained/marked and the others they did not want. Roots sweater and pants, 8 barely worn Lululemon items that don’t fit me anymore, countless shorts and jeans, a couple tops I have never worn, a dress I’ve never worn, and 3 jackets all perfect condition. Tell me why I saw shirts on the racks with loose seams unravelled, a shirt with a quarter-sized tear in the chest, and pants I tried on with a stain. Make it make sense- do better! Will not be coming back and have shared my poor experience with my people to warn them. I guess only bring in your $5 Temu and Shein tanks since that’s all they seem to accept? 😵‍💫🤧🥴 0/10

  Don’t brother bringing your clothes to any of their locations as they will never actually buy your clothing. There’s always an excuse whether it’s they are over stocked or your sizing is too small or too big. I just brought in brand name clothes in good condition properly folded and washed yet was returned every item and told it’s due to them being over stocked and a couple marks being on some stuff when in fact there are no marks. And if you’re over stocked you shouldn’t be accepting drop offs and wasting peoples time.

  Such an amazing shopping experience! Very organized and easy to find what you’re looking for and excellent staff. One of the girls Reece was extremely helpful with helping me create outfits and was very friendly as well as many other of the girls. Highly recommended this location!

  Not impressed with this location. All the stores in the chain are supposed to work under the same system, but we all know this is not true. They just dont know how to price items. One thing is lowballing, another thing is offering peanuts for expensive stuff... Staff is ok, nothing special. This store has a long way until they reach excellence in everything related to this type of business.
