  Fantastic service both times I was in this week. First, buying Ray Ban Meta ai glasses for a bday gift. Second, getting help with a software issue with the glasses (obviously no fault of the store). Super friendly and helpful!

  I bought a Rayban Wayfayers sunglasses from the sunglass hut store in Conestoga mall, Waterloo. It was the last piece so I had to buy the display one as I needed it that day itself. But later I noticed a scratch on the frame which I didn’t see at the store in the rush. Next day I went back to the store and spoke to Melissa. I told her about what happened and she said she was happy to help. She was very professional and did her due diligence before she came to the conclusion that the scratch was not something that I did. She helped me return those sunglasses and order a new one. Overall Melissa provided exceptional customer service and I was very happy with my whole experience. Shoutout to her and I recommend the store to people. 5/5 on total experience.
