- SYSoha YaseenAug 24, 20261.0Extremely rude customer service and the girl at counter was first making faces as if i forced her to worked there, then she packed the wrong keychain, i had to wait in line again to get it exchanged and when i went back saw that the correct piece was now defected one. The cashier was so rude as well. Will have to waste time again to go back in there to exchange the defected piece

The quality is still great, but I’m really disappointed with the shipping times lately. Shipping used to be much faster—I would receive my packages within a few days. Now, it’s taking a week and a half, and my current order has been sitting in a warehouse for three days with no movement. This order was supposed to be a birthday gift, and unfortunately, it looks like it won’t arrive in time. My advice is to order well in advance or shop in-store if you have a location nearby. I still love the quality, but the shipping experience definitely needs improvement.
