I was promised a refund after returning items in-store, yet after many hours spent on emails and phone calls, I still do not have the full refund owed to me. The lack of integrity, follow-through, and ownership throughout this process has been incredibly frustrating and stressful. I received plenty of apologies but no meaningful resolution. Completely disappointed in how this was handled. And I still have not received the full refund a month later! This experience has completely broken my trust in the company. I will not shop here again, and I will absolutely be sharing my experience with others.
