  I've never exchanged anything at American eagle before but it was a quick and painless process. Sunny helped me and he was amazing and friendly!

  Walk into the store, not greeted by any staff except a glare by someone who seemed to possibly be a supervisor. Majority of them look miserable. When I was trying on a pair of jeans, I rang the bell for someone to exchange the size for me. A girl came, took the jeans and brought me back a completely different pair. I told her they were not the proper ones. Rips-no rips. She said oh, and walked away. I waited for a few mins and then eventually just walked out.

  I had an amazing shopping experience at American Eagle thanks to Brittany, Melody, and Brooklyn! Brooklyn went above and beyond helping me find the best deals and even helped me put together my entire shopping cart based on items I had seen online. She was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I got the most value for my money. Brittany and Melody were incredible in the fitting rooms. They were so friendly, attentive, and gave honest advice on sizing, fit, and styles. Their recommendations helped me feel confident in my purchases and made the whole experience fun and stress-free. All three provided outstanding customer service and made my shopping trip enjoyable from start to finish. Thank you, Brittany, Melody, and Brooklyn, for going the extra mile!

  Make sure you check your prices. Their website apparently is cheaper and willing to price match but you have to go on their website to get the better price. A little misleading in my opinion to charge way more than whats advertised on their website to people who dont check.
