  Cool change rooms and I love the style of the clothes. Expensive, though. And the clothes are crammed so tightly on some racks that it's difficult to look through to see styles and sizes. Likewise, last time I was in, they left a security tag on a jacket I bought. So now I need to go quite a bit out of my way to head back to Waterloo.

  Their undies are sooo comfortable and they have the most variety in terms of style and design. I’ve ordering their undies for a decade.

  Came in today to return an item within its return policy with no damage or signs of wear but a person, I’m assuming the manager was a bit inconsiderate. I’ve lost the tag, they’re flimsy, small an easy to lose. She didn’t offer an exchange or credit. Was a flat out no. This store isn’t quite the same anymore.

  I came in today to do an online order return because the bras werent the right size. Kim helped me at the desk and she was so helpful! I'm so glad I went to her because even though I had never ordered online from Aerie at the store, she walked me through everything easily. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks Kim!
