  Fantastic experience! The showroom is by far the nicest I’ve ever seen—beautifully designed with so many fireplaces on display. Vanessa was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. We showed her our design, and she quickly found exactly what we were looking for, plus a few other options that we ended up liking even more than our original plan. She made the whole process easy and stress-free. Best of all, our fireplace was in stock, and pickup was arranged for the very next day. Excellent service from start to finish. This process was a 10/10 thank you Vanessa! 🙏🏻

  Vanessa Freeman was absolutely amazing to work with! Knowledgeable, friendly, and never pushy, she made the entire process easy and stress-free. She took the time to answer all our questions and helped us find exactly what we needed. Her customer service is second to none. If you’re shopping for a fireplace, ask for Vanessa—you won’t be disappointed! Highly recommend.

  I am updating my review again as there was something incorrect about the pricing in my comment. In fairness to the store I want to ensure they are portrayed accurately so I am adding in the email chain resulting from the review that they didn't like so there is no debate. Apparently they're too busy to effectively communicate and would rather email accusations of "blackmail" from a customer who had credit card in hand with no negotiating involved than call to discuss their concerns. Regardless, I have taken my business elsewhere as they have asked but unfortunately it impacted my build and I have needed to go with a different unit that necessitates rebuilding the area for the Fireplace due to the difference in size. Initially they were promising, so hopefully your experience isn't like mine if you choose to do business here.
