  The staff are so welcoming and exceptional. Karina ended up helping me. She was very knowledgeable in the products. I was definitely a difficult customer and indecisive... she helped me find a pair of glasses that I loved.

  Worst experience. The staff and the manager was not ready to enter the coupon code (40$ off when spent 200$) sent to the over the email by Sunglass hut saying that children sunglasses are excluded from the offer. They were not ready to try applying the code and check by saying that they will be flagged by the backend team for applying the code. The fine print just says some rayban models are excluded from the offer. I am sure that if there are exclusions , the code applied will not work. But not a good experience at all.

  Super unhelpful staff, I called regarding an online order I made at the store and no one was able to help me with an update or eta on the order. I was asked to call back to talk to their manager, no one even made an effort to get my information or look up the receipt#. This was such a time consuming task. Very disappointing experience.
