- PKPayal KhusalMay 9, 20261.0The sales associates seemed poorly trained on their own POS system and were unable to process our order. We stood at the cash desk for 25 minutes while two different employees made multiple failed attempts to order an item for us. Neither associate acknowledged the long wait or offered an apology for the delay. We eventually gave up and left, having wasted nearly half an hour with no resolution. Won't be going to this location again - - management needs to hire more competent staff and provide training on customer service etiquette.
