Over the course of three recent visits, I have experienced exceptionally rude behavior from both the frontline staff and the store managers. Instead of resolving issues or de-escalating customer complaints, the management seems to condone this hostility. I have left each of my visits feeling completely unsatisfied and frustrated.

Neither associate acknowledged the long wait or offered an apology for the delay. We eventually gave up and left, having wasted nearly half an hour with no resolution. Won't be going to this location again - - management needs to hire more competent staff and provide training on customer service etiquette.
