  Very disappointed with the experience at the Michael Kors Vaughan Mills location. The staff were extremely rude, unprofessional, and not helpful at all. It honestly feels like they decide the rules based on whether they like the customer or not. I personally used a coupon there for a specific item and it was accepted without any issue. But when my friend went to buy the exact same item, with the exact same coupon that was still valid, they refused to accept it. No clear explanation, no consistency, just completely unfair treatment. Customer service should be professional and equal for everyone, not based on personal attitude or favoritism. Definitely not the luxury shopping experience you would expect.

  I did buy today sling bag and i told her to give me new piece but she give me opened piece , and she’s refused me to open it there , but when i came home , i saw it was already opened, and later i did call them 2 times but no response, its really disappointing .

  Merchandise isn’t bad but the last few times we’ve been there the store smells terrible. It really reeks a body odor, which is overwhelming

  I received a shoe as a gift but needed half a size bigger. It was bought when there was a discount 4 days prior. They made me pay the difference even though it was the exact same shoe just a half size bigger. Idk what kind of policy that is but every other store I’ve asked and even online customer care said that I wasn’t supposed to pay any difference especially if it was the exact same product.
