I would rate this a negative star if I could. Absolutely pathetic experience.
My mother and I went in to exchange a gifted bag with no receipt. As a retail worker myself, I completely understand store policies—we were happy to exchange it for equal or higher value at its current price, and even offered to make it a final sale.
Instead, the Assistant Store Manager (Sydney or Cindy, a name along those lines) completely humiliated us. From the start, she stared us down and repeatedly rolled her eyes right at my mother while we tried to explain the situation. She spoke down to us so condescendingly in front of other customers that she actually made my mother cry. She kept aggressively telling us to call the person who gifted the bag to get their details, refusing to help.
What’s wild is that we also had gift exchanges at Coach, Kate Spade, and even Aldo—which is a lower brand—and they all accommodated our requests flawlessly.
I am completely disgusted by this woman's behavior. This didn’t just make me lose respect for this location; it has made me dislike the Michael Kors brand as a whole if this is how they train their management to treat people.

This location never pocka up the phone. Called multiple time. Placed an order since about a week, package is still sitting at the store. With no kne answering....This location qas already so terrible, HOERIBLE!

Very disappointed with the customer service. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and did not seem interested in helping customers. I expected to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, but my experience was the opposite. Poor communication and an unfriendly attitude made the entire interaction frustrating.
Very disappointed with the experience at the Michael Kors Vaughan Mills location. The staff were extremely rude, unprofessional, and not helpful at all. It honestly feels like they decide the rules based on whether they like the customer or not.
I personally used a coupon there for a specific item and it was accepted without any issue. But when my friend went to buy the exact same item, with the exact same coupon that was still valid, they refused to accept it. No clear explanation, no consistency, just completely unfair treatment.
Customer service should be professional and equal for everyone, not based on personal attitude or favoritism. Definitely not the luxury shopping experience you would expect.
