  The staff here are very odd and cold. They don't seem to want to help customers. All they do is stare at you bug eyed.

  I’m trying to figure out what’s with all the bad reviews. The only thing I can think of is that based off some of the bad reviews, the people are racist. Not employees but the people reviewing. I’m seeing a ton of white hate. Anyways, to the main point of this, came in with my wife to get some replacement pants. As a guy, I like To get whatever and get out, while my wife was trying stuff on, the ladies and gentlemen there were both super helpful, I got myself my first pair of Lulu sweat pants 🤣🤣 regardless, our experience from start to finish was incredible. We got the help we needed. It was closing time, I wanted to get out so they could close up, and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Came in for 1-2 pairs of pants, left with 6 pairs. Good people will generate good sales, from the person helping us find sizes. To the change rooms, to the hemming. To the cash register. All of it was very smooth. Thanks!!

  We went to the Lululemon location at Vaughan Mills and from the time we entered the staff was friendly. I was looking for a new pair of leggings and Nicole was extremely knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process. She even let me know that her shift was over and that one of her other colleagues could take over to help me. The manager who cashed us out was very helpful and friendly as well as we wearing a sweater that I liked and she had one of the other staff assist me in finding my size. Only one thing…when I got home and I was looking them I noticed the second pair of leggings the male customer service rep grabbed the wrong pair so I’ll have to exchange them for a correct pair. I would like to express that Nicole was super friendly and helpful to helping me make the right decision between the leggings I was deciding on.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel compelled to share it. As a longtime Lululemon customer and Pinnacle member, I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this location. My partner and I drove over three hours specifically to shop here, fully intending to purchase a significant amount of merchandise. Unfortunately, the customer service was some of the worst I have experienced in retail. At one point, my partner was carrying over 15 items and we politely asked an employee where we could place them while continuing to shop. The employee responded with a large sigh, as though we were inconveniencing him, and told us to simply leave everything in the middle of the store. The attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. The experience did not improve in the fitting rooms. Staff were unhelpful, seemed annoyed that customers needed to try items on, and made us feel like a burden rather than valued guests. We arrived excited to make several purchases but ended up buying only a few items that were urgently needed for work. As customers who spend thousands of dollars with Lululemon, we expected far better. After this experience, we will be ordering online instead and will never make the drive back to this location. It was incredibly disappointing to invest so much time traveling only to be met with rude and indifferent service. What made the experience even more noticeable was the contrast with other retailers we visited during the same trip. The staff at Aritzia were exceptional, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping us. Because of this experience, I will be transitioning much of my future activewear and athletic apparel purchases to Aritzia. Customer service plays a significant role in where I choose to spend my money, and unfortunately this location fell far short of expectations.

  Very disappointing and unprofessional customer service. My mom and I were shopping and looking at some items hanging slightly higher up on the rack. We were clearly still browsing, and there was no one else around us. Suddenly, a female staff member came over, interrupted us, and told us to move aside because she wanted to put the clothes she was holding back on the rack. Excuse me? We were customers actively shopping and had not finished looking at the items. There was absolutely no urgency, and she could have easily waited a moment instead of interrupting us and asking us to move out of her way just so she could restock the rack. It made us feel like putting clothes away was more important than allowing customers to actually shop. The whole interaction felt dismissive, impatient, and very unprofessional. Definitely not the level of customer service I would expect from Lululemon.
