  Unwelcoming staff the second I arrived. They kept harassing me while I was browsing. Giving me looks like I'm not supposed to be there. Please woman, I can buy anything in the store 40x over despite wearing "comfortable clothes" never left so fast, I'll take my business elsewhere.

  I took my daughter to this store to get first pair of Lulu’s for her birthday. The team (specifically one member, I wish I remembered her name) was super helpful in picking a style and fit for my little one. When we went to checkout, the team there came out to wish her a happy birthday and even gave her a birthday card. On top of the exceptional customer service, they really truly made this a memorable experience. Thank you.

  while when I was shopping at Vaughan Mills from couple months ago on the weekend, I stopped by the Lululemon store. As soon as i walked in, Sara gave me a warm welcome and made me feel comfortable while I was browsing the products. After I introduced myself, we had serval great warm conversation. She was friendly, amazing, and genuinely welcoming. she made my visit a really positive experience. although I didn't make a purchase those visits, I really appreciate Sara's excellent customer service. when I come back to shop in the future, I'd be happy for her to help me thank you so much, Sara, for your kindness and for making my visits so enjoyable!

  This is highly damaging to their reputation in a way that will force upper management or corporate to pay attention. ​Disappointing Hemming Service – Avoid for Alterations ​While the staff at this location are friendly, do not trust them with your clothing. I brought in three items, and all three were completely ruined—the cuts were uneven, crooked, and hemmed far too short to wear. ​Fixing these basic mistakes required multiple back-and-forth trips to Vaughan Mills, costing me hours of travel and significant money in gas. ​To make matters worse, when I spoke to the manager, they openly admitted that they have received numerous complaints about their poor-quality hemming. Yet, despite knowing this, they continue to offer the service and ruin customers' garments without fixing the root issue. ​As a franchise, this store should be held to a 100% quality standard. Instead, they are knowingly providing substandard service, driving away loyal customers, and refusing to offer fair compensation for the clothing they ruin and the hassle they cause. Go elsewhere for your alterations.
