  It was a Monday afternoon, May 25, around 2:40, not busy at all. The white young woman at the front cash was laughing and chatting with a white customer, clearly having a great time. I waited quietly in line for a few minutes until they finished. When it was my turn, she said absolutely nothing to me. Barely any eye contact, zero acknowledgment, just complete silence. I genuinely don’t know what I did to deserve that treatment. The contrast was stark. A Black woman working on the floor was warm, attentive, and gave me genuinely excellent service. That interaction is the only reason this isn’t a one-star review.

  Bad experience in this Lululemon store! The staffs are not well trained that confuse customers. I searched for the same pants in different colours in the mark down section. I kindly asked the staffs whether they share the same price (white one marked down as 1/4 as black one's). The staff said they share the same price, asking me to do price match in the cashier. I then grab the items to changing room for fitting. After spending time for searching, inquiry, changing and lining up for cashout, the staff in cashier insisted that the same item in different colours sold at different prices. I told her that your colleagues asked me to bring the same items for price match, but they declined… The staffs’ inaccurate replies waste my time and effort, in which their act keep my family waiting and baby crying…

  I went in to this lululemon and wanted to buy shorts as a last minute gift for my mothers birthday and the ladies that i went up to, to ask were in the middle of a conversation and didn’t even acknowledge me for a good minute neither did they want to help me try to look for a size and i felt embarrassed, it was terrible customer service and don’t recommend going up to any of these girls for help.. thought lululemon would be better since there brand promotes inclusivity…

  The staff’s behaviour is so rude and they have an over the top attitude, specially the ones who are assigned at the changing rooms. Two dudes standing there and no one guided us on usage of changing rooms and all of a sudden another staff lady comes and starts banging on the door as if we are shop lifters. This is the only reason we didnt buy anything. Knock it off guys, wearing cross body lululemon bags dont make you the owners of lululemon just makes you look stupid and you are still just the salesman at the end of the day.
