  The staff here are so sweet, especially I believe her name was Tiziana. She was quick and efficient throughout the whole process. There was an issue with my order where the balloons that were supposed be with my main fruit arrangements was missing, which was okay because mistakes happen! And we did receive the arrangement so it wasn’t a huge deal, the next day when I called, she really took ownership of the situation, sincerely apologized, and was very quick to make things right by sending the balloons with a cupcake. She truly went above and beyond with her customer service, and I really appreciated how professionally and kindly she handled everything. Great service overall! Also, just a small note for future customers: arrangements may look bigger in photos and can feel smaller in person. For my $120 order, I personally expected it to be a bit larger. The service was amazing, but I do feel it was slightly overpriced for the size and what’s actually included in the arrangement. I will say though, the fruit was fresh and tasted good. Overall, I’m happy with everything other than how much I spent in total. With tax and same-day delivery, I paid $160 for this 😭 (this was the medium size). I also added 6 chocolate-covered strawberries, so without those, it probably would’ve looked even smaller. It feels like quite a lot to spend for cut-up fruit, especially considering there wasn’t that much included. 4 stars because I do find it super overpriced for what it is. I feel like if more effort was put into making the arrangement look fuller, more unique, and adding more to it, or even cutting the fruits more different like making the strawberry into a rose or the kiwi into a star instead of just circle looks like how i cut it at home then it would feel much more worth the price. But because of the service was i would probably still here for future events just choosing a more full one or asking them to add extra stuff to the arrangement

  Went in this afternoon and figured I’d purchase a couple of cookies and mini cupcakes for dessert. The lady boxed up two cookies and two mini cupcakes. It took her a few minutes to ring everything up to the point where I was just waiting there staring. How hard is it to ring up 2 cookies and 2 mini cupcakes? Finally, when she handed me the machine to pay, it was $30 for 2 cookies and mini cupcakes! I asked her, “$30 for two cookies and mini cupcakes? That’s INSANE.” She laughs and goes “yeah.” I ended up moving forward with the purchase because I thought hmmm, maybe these are like the best cookies and cupcakes ever. After trying them, I’ll say they were definitely good, but not worthy of the clear price gouge. The whole situation rubbed me the wrong way. Could’ve gone to Tim Hortons and got two cookies and two muffins (not small sized ones) for $5 total. Granted, I wasn’t expecting that low of a price, as I did expect these to be premium desserts. The bottom line: this is clearly price gouging, and others should be warned. Look at the picture of what I got. Does that look like what $30 should buy you?

  The staff were so helpful and nice! Also amazing customer service! If anyone needs an edible arrangement, I highly recommend this location!
