- NKN K2 days ago5.0This place is awesome! Employees working here are great. From the second you enter they greet you with cheerful, welcoming smile. I loved it..and they deserve all the recognition for this perfect customer satisfaction. The shop is Such a creative and fun place, not just a shop but an experience. Kids absolutely love it here — so much to see and explore. Everything is just awesome, from the displays to the collection. Loved it! Very well maintained, and ofcourse employees are the stars of this place. Will be back again.

They asked customers for their PALs three times before the sale was made. The guy ahead of me had pre-ordered his firearm and I watched them doddle around him for 30 mins before I finally gave up and left. I was number 1 in line and I never got seen after 30 mins wait. Ridiculous.
- JHJody Hay6 days ago4.0A visit here was on my son's wish list so of we went. A really cool place - lots to look at. My only negative comment would be that the clothing size selection wasn't great. We could only find 1 Bass Pro t-shirt in my son's size (men's small). But... there was literally a boat full of every color of ball hat you could ever imagine! We'll definitely be back.

They do not only have cool stuff like outdoor gear and fishing nets for me and my wife, they also have great toys for the kids. They have cool plastic playsets which are good for the money and good quality! My daughter absolutely adores the stuffed dogs and my son is obsessed with the truck toys! I recommend it highly for families in toronto! Definitely 5 stars :)
- HHH HaidarAug 15, 20261.0Disappointing and condescending customer service My friend and I went in to purchase four firearms. two Savage Mark II rifles and two Beretta A300 shotguns, ready to make a significant purchase. Unfortunately, we were met with deeply unprofessional and disrespectful service from an older gentleman working there. Right from the start, his attitude was rude and dismissive. He began interrogating us about how long we waited for our licenses and made baseless, insulting assumptions that because we got our PALs recently, we had no knowledge of firearms. This was completely uncalled for; we had both successfully completed the CFSC course, earned our PALs legally, and have a solid understanding of firearm safety and handling. Instead of welcoming customers and appreciating our business, this employee chose to patronize us and judge us based on biases rather than treating us with basic respect. Needless to say, we took our business elsewhere. Will not be returning and would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for a respectful buying experience.
