  Had a great experience at Bass Pro Shops. The store is impressive, with a huge selection of outdoor gear, clothing, fishing equipment, and everything you need for your next adventure. The staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, making it easy to find exactly what I was looking for. The store was clean, well organized, and enjoyable to walk through. Definitely a great place to shop, and I'll be back again!

  I know bass pro shops since I started my business in 2006 in Turkey, we were also a small shop back then and the import restrictions were not that tight, so we were kind of online customers. Now 20 years later I had the chance to visit the shop myself in Toronto, and loved the place, the atmosphere, it was much better than I expected, i literally got lost in it. I'm just a tourist (for now) so I just admired this shop and had to buy a few things I can carry with me back. But I will be back, I promise.

  This is a great location. Layla at customer service was very helpful!! She went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. When I came in feeling helpless with my fishing rod problem she was there to really help me out. I ended up leaving the store a happy customer. Employees like this make me keep coming back to Bass Pro and I really hope her work ethic and customer service skills get recognized by management.

  Bought two 'Bass Pro Shops Tournament Pro Mid-Back Boat Seat - Sand/Brown SKU:‌4297087‌'. The chairs came in oversized cardboard box and were placed loose with no protective wrap or foam inside the box. The chairs arrived exactly 1 week later damaged (I assume from transport) with one chair having a decent sized tear where water would easily enter if not repaired. Over a few days, I had to have two separate conversations with customer chat and send emails from two different accounts before they replied. Once they received the pictures they only offered 10% off my purchase (for a chair that 100% needs to be repaired to use) so now I will have to find a printer and drive to FedEx to return them. Person in chat was nice enough so I assume just unreasonable corporate policy. Amazon it is (no local options). *UPDATE: I emailed Bass Pro based on the message below hoping they would offer some type of compensation for my experience. They quickly replied and said they would investigate. The result of the investigation was that I could return the chairs (gee thanks). Brought the huge box to the closest FedEx and they said I had to drive to the main depot as box was too big (lol). After some pleading they took the box and even though I explained they probably got damaged from being in the oversized box with no protection they just taped it back up and sent them off to surely be further damaged on the 400km journey back to the store. Just a big waste of time and resources for everyone.
